A raised, locked post puts a physical barrier across the vehicle’s way out. We check the layout with you so a vehicle cannot simply use an unprotected gap beside the posts.

Eligible PostSecure supply-and-fit orders include our 12-month theft money-back guarantee: if a qualifying theft happens through the protected entrance while all agreed posts are raised and locked, we refund the affected supply-and-installation purchase. This does not cover the vehicle’s value or make theft impossible.

For a standard pay-on-completion installation, you pay after fitting. We show you how the posts work and give you the opportunity to inspect the finished job before payment is due.

There is no deposit or card needed to request your quote or installation. If you prefer to pay now when available, that is optional and follows the separate order and payment terms.

We remove the excavated spoil and rubble, clear the work area and finish neatly around the post. With block paving, we lift the necessary blocks, then cut and refit them around the installation. We discuss any likely colour difference in replacement materials beforehand.

You can inspect the finished work before payment is due on a standard pay-on-completion installation. Look at the fitting photos and David’s review of his block-paving installation.

We usually fit within seven days of booking confirmation, or arrange a date that suits you. Brad confirms the date with you after checking the driveway, scope and availability.

Time on site depends on the number of posts and ground conditions. We explain what to expect when arranging your job, including access while we work. You see the finished installation and how to use it before payment is due on a standard pay-on-completion order.

You deal directly with Brad after fitting as well as before it. Send your order reference, a description of the problem and photos where possible, and we will assess it and explain the next step.

The Manual 100’s five-year metal-parts guarantee covers qualifying manufacturing or material faults that prevent normal operation, with repair or replacement of covered parts without charge.
