Measure the clear driveway opening.
As a practical starting point, keep every clear route between posts or solid boundaries at no more than 1,200mm. We confirm the final position from your driveway photo.

Standard installation means normal excavation and reinstatement into a suitable domestic driveway. Drainage conflicts, reinforced concrete, underground services, restricted access or unusual finishes may need a separate quote. Nothing is charged until the price is agreed.
What fitting involves

Reinstated carefully.
We confirm the surface, access and likely underground conflicts before fixing the price. The post sleeve is set into a concrete foundation and the immediate working area is reinstated.
Block paving
Blocks are lifted locally, the foundation is excavated and the working area is relaid around the sleeve.
Tarmac
The opening is cut and reinstated locally. The repaired area can remain visible because new and aged tarmac rarely match exactly.
Concrete
Ordinary concrete is checked before cutting. Reinforced or unusually deep concrete needs a photo check and separate fixed price.
Final suitability depends on access, drainage, underground services and ground conditions. We do not promise universal compatibility from a postcode alone.

Are these prices fully fitted?
Yes—for a standard installation in the West Midlands, the package includes the Manual 100 post, normal installation materials and professional fitting. We check your postcode and driveway photo first so there are no surprises.
How many posts do I need?
Use enough posts to block every realistic vehicle exit route, not simply the centre of the drive. One is often enough for a narrow single entrance; two is the most common starting point for wider driveways. We will advise from your photo.
Does it need electricity?
No. Manual 100 is raised and lowered by hand, then secured mechanically. There is no electrical supply, battery, app or ongoing subscription.
Can I pay with Klarna?
Eligible UK consumers can choose the Klarna options shown at Stripe checkout, subject to Klarna approval and transaction limits. Card payment remains available.
What is the RISE range?
RISE products are the next assisted and automatic options currently in production. Manual 100 is available now. Join the RISE list if daily lifting effort or in-car operation matters more than the lowest installed price.
Is Manual 100 crash rated?
No certified impact speed or PAS/IWA rating is claimed. It is a substantial physical driveway deterrent designed to make vehicle removal harder and riskier.
