Supply-only terms

These terms apply to standard galvanised Manual 100 online orders. Your chosen quantity, unit price, discount and free mainland UK delivery are shown before payment. No VAT is added. Installation, a padlock and custom finishes are excluded.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Mainland UK delivery is free. Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and other destinations may incur an extra delivery fee. Contact Brad for a delivery quote before ordering; any extra charge must be agreed before payment. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days while stocks last. We email your dispatch update. Contact Brad before ordering if you need a particular date. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled order.

For standard goods bought online, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery. Tell Brad by email or phone, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; we may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond that necessary inspection.

For a change-of-mind return within your statutory 14-day cancellation period, you arrange and pay the direct return delivery cost. For one post, an indicative return-shipping estimate is £5–£25 using an eligible mainland UK parcel courier; this is not a fixed charge or a maximum, and it has not been guaranteed by a carrier. Costs can be higher for heavy or oversized parcels, multiple posts, pallets or remote collection addresses. Please obtain a quotation from a suitable tracked, insured courier before ordering. No restocking or administration fee is charged for a statutory cancellation. We may deduct only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. If you ask to return an unwanted item outside your statutory cancellation rights, we may choose to accept it as an exceptional voluntary return. For large, oversized or palletised items accepted on that basis, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, but only if agreed with you in writing before you send the goods back. This voluntary fee never applies to statutory cancellations or faulty or misdescribed goods. If goods are faulty or misdescribed, contact Brad so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and return costs.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Faulty or misdescribed goods have separate statutory remedies; your statutory rights are unaffected. Contact us before arranging a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.
